For Pierce's sake, I hope this series isn't long

The sooner the series ends and the Celtics can win it. The sooner Pierce can go in and get his MRI. Because I'm concern about his recovery time for next season. Ideally, the Celtics wrap this series up in six games. Perhaps, the Celtics lose games three and four and win games five and six. Best case scenario, the Celtics sweep the series or are able to win two out of three on the road.

Here's hoping Pierce doesn't have a tear or what have you. Win it all. Crown him MVP and call it a month.

By the way he's moving and not limping too much, it may not be too much to worry about.

I share your concerns though, but I'm hoping for the best. Doesn't seem to be affecting his performance, that's for sure!

More to the point, let's hope this isn't a replay of McHale playing on a broken foot, which ended his status as a Hall of Fame-class player.

I'm guessing pretty strongly it isn't ...

Hopefully it will end in 4 or 5.
I would like to see us win at home but not that badly.

I couldn't care less about winning at home, and I'm sure the players don't either. The parade will be in Boston either way.

If Boston does win the series in Los Angeles. Those Celtics fans that traveled out to see the team or are local residents should chant: We Won In L.A.! We Won In L.A.! You know, as a follow up to... Beat L.A.!
