It's not so racially. There are strong, tough euros/white people too (OL on football anyone?), but to find just a tough player you don't need to go to Europe.
GM's go overseas to get players with a different kind of skill set that they can't find in USA. And that's the finesse player.

It is clearly racially motivated with no intention of a neutral and objective discussion.
Maybe I should open a thread called "Why are all black players rapists, stoners or thugs ?" and see how long it will take til it is locked.
Well most of your threads are allowed to go on and on even though you do insinuate what you have in quotes...
Anyway, "Euros" are "soft" because you are looking for certain characteristics in them. Dirk doesn't rebound as much as KG but he attacks the rim a hell of a lot more, does he exaggerate contact? Sure, but not as much as Kobe.

Get out of here. You are ignorant.
Kevin Love is not soft.
David Lee is not soft.
Kirk Hinrich is not soft (stellar defender).

I disagree. I hate Kobe and the dude get fouled alot. Dirk is 7 footer who flops unless he takes a fadeaway.

All you're doing is making sweeping generalizations to make your case. Yes most Euros are "softer"..does that mean they're not tough, that they're the only ones who flop? No. And since you seems so convinced in your belief, why even make this thread? People are giving you different opinions and all you come back with is "no, I hate him, he's a flopper, he's Euro and soft". Nothing anyone hasn't heard a million times before.

How on Earth is Tony Parker soft? He drives fearlessly into the lane more than anybody.
Not to mention the people you ignored like Pietrus, Nocioni, Oberto, Ginobili, Delfino, Scola, Herrmann, Varejao, Kirilenko, Jaric, Biedrins, Kleiza, Garbajosa etc. I don't see them called soft (and some like Nocioni are regarded as noticeably tough).
Hell, Pachula wanted to kill your "beast" KG and Darko threatened to rape and kill people's families.

Do you notice Tony Parker falls on EVERY layup? Thats soft to me.
Maybe I should have qualified my statement. Most Euros are soft.
With few exceptions. And their plague of softness is ruining the NBA.

Whats ruining the NBA is not Europeans or it's the officiating and the rule changes that completely destroyed playing defense.
And hence you have made my point. I really believe the rule changes have come to "assist" the European players in adjusting to American's physical style of basketball. I've never see the NBA this weak when it comes to flopping, over officiating, and unphysical play. Maybe I'm wrong and its just because of ratings, etc, etc. But it seems once the rules started changing more and more Euros started entering the NBA.
