IMO, the biggest issue with LA right now is the lack of Gasol as a facilitator. He absolutely tore the Spurs to shreds with his passing ability from the post. He might not be a great defender, but he was what made LA unguardable up to this point in the playoffs.
To me it seems like Gasol might be one of those "high maintenance" post players, who needs touches to maintain his focus. He certainly shouldn't be folding up like he is, but I think part of Gasol's ineffectiveness does rest on Jackson's shoulders.
