5 Years From Now (All-Defensive Team)

I am curious who you/everyone regards as the top young defenders in the league and who they see as being a force on the defensive side of the ball..

my All defensive team at that point will be

G-Rose-Ithink that his defense will be the real thing that sets him apart
G-Brewer, C.- The best one on one defender in the league at that point- bringing back thoughts of Augmon/Moncrief (could win some DPOY's if Oden gets injured)
F- Smith-Love the blocks
F- Thomas- Should be a stat stuffer if he hits his potential
C-Oden- DPOY for Years with

All Second Team

G-Paul-Steals get him the nod
G-Rubio- He gets a billion steals and defends the ball pretty well
(honourable mention-Wade-when healthy he is a real force
F- James- By this time, LeBron will be a really good defender and i think will be behind only a few in terms of defense (outside role players that would not get voted)
F-Durant- Something tells me the kid can be a 8 rebound, 2 steals, 2 blocks type guy, which the
C-Howard- Big rebounds/blocks will put him in the contention there

honourable mention- Balkman, iggy, Sene/Thabeet (if they develop), Mayo, Green,

Don't feel like doing a full team, but Rajon Rondo should be there.

I agree, Rondo can replace Rose on the first team or goto the second team and bump off paul/rubio (probably paul as rubio will be equal in terms of steals probably but with better on-ball defense

A couple of your sentences seem to be missing the back end.

"C-Oden- DPOY for Years with..........."
"F-Durant- Something tells me the kid can be a 8 rebound, 2 steals, 2 blocks type guy, which the............"
