Hypothetical Regarding Technicals
Kobe Bryant has 3 technicals this playoffs if he gets 3 more he misses a game. Now he can average 1 over the next 3 games giving him 6 which means he couldn't play game 7. I know it doesn't sound possible but it's a hypothetical and it can actually happen seeing as how emotions are high in the finals and if Kobe gets hacked and doesnt get foul shots he'll be mad.
So if the game were to go to game 6 and Kobe got 6 technicals and couldn't play game 7 do you think the NBA would somehow allow him to play? I mean think about it, how can they not let the NBA's best player and MVP play in game 7 of possible one of the greatest finals of all time. Then again how can they make such a blatant bending of the rules?
What do you guys think would happen, if the series went 7 and Kobe got his 6th tech in game 6?

I like how you very subtly made the connection of Kobe getting technicals because he "gets hacked and doesn't get foul shots". He gets called for technicals because he complains about not getting foul shots; just because he complains doesn't mean he actually gets fouled or doesn't get fouled. Do we really need any more conspiracy theory threads? And are you actually agreeing with the conspiracy that they shouldn't suspend Kobe just because he's the "NBA's best player and MVP"??

Way to overanalyze dude, a thread where I'm basically talking about Kobe complaining too much and you think I'm trying to get in to everyone's subconcious, what would that accomplish anyways? Kobe took all jumpshots and jumpshooters don't get fouls there are you happy. Now answer the fricken question. What do you think would happen?

The beauty of the subconscious is you don't know you are doing it. What do I think? I think the officials have been more lenient on Kobe in the playoffs then they would have for other players. I think Kobe needs to stop whining and play the game like we all know he is capable of. I think Kobe will play in game 7 if there is one.

That's freaking amazing.
I can't believe that.
Timmy D is one the money with star treatment.
The only thing that is freaking amazing is you obviously not watching many Lakers games during these Playoffs and commenting about his complaining.
Kobe's pretty much kept his yap shut during the entire postseason (actually it happened after he picked up the 15th T in the regular season). That did change some during the SA series a bit, and has reached it's standard levels in these Finals.
And to the OP... what are you talking about? Of course he wouldn't be allowed to play. Rules are rules. And with Kobe they were always enforced to the detail... I'm sure everyone remembers the "unnatural basketball act" suspensions. But that's beside the point. If you're stupid enough to risk getting 7 techs, you should sit the game out. Finals or not.
cheers
