Beasley will end up a TWolf and this mock shows how and why. There is an explanation for every pick from player and team standpoint. Created by someone that watched every team and every player. Or maybe you'd rather go with the mock that had Rick Rickert going 5TH or the one that hyped Tskidishvili into a top 5 pick? This mock is guaranteed to make you smarter. Unless you are one of those that thinks Foye sucks. There is no hope for you then. Get excited! Michael freakin Beasley! It's gonna happen.

that mock is not at all groundbreaking...neither is the idea of trading up or the trade up scenarios

I scanned it, a couple errors, nothing major: Thurl Bailey not Thurl Baily (the only reason I mention that is because you seemed to pride yourself in being knowledgeable about Bailey). Also, you might want to change Seattle's #4 pick from R. Lopez to B. Lopez

and McHale to respond:
"Riley, you can have my answer now if you like. My offer is this -- nothing. "

if Riley really wants Mayo, then force him to take him at pick 2. I'm ready to call his bluff.

I think everyone would want that but Miami wont just take Mayo strictly from a PR standpoint. I would love to get something for nothing but whatever we give up will be worth it. I just hope Taylor is smart enough to see that he would make that Blount money back plus more getting a star like Beasley. Of course this is the guy who made us trade down in the top 10 for cash. Taylor is a chump.

It also says McHale praised Beasley when he thought he wouldn't get him, but the mock also claims a deal has been fin the workds since the days after the lotto took place.

Hmm...

From a team building standpoint if Miami has a legit 4 waiting in the wings then trading down is a solid move for them. I'm saying that in my opinion, Beasley is a far superior talent. I think they will have a good team with Mayo and Brand but Beasley will be much better than Brand and they will regret not taking Beasley and trying to get Calderon somehow. How teams blend remains to be seen but would you want Brand over Beasley? I just think Beasley will be an unstoppable force.

As to McHale if you didn't hear his gushing interview on KFAN then try to go find it. Days After the lotto it became clear that CHI would take Rose. From that point Mia had exactly three choices, Take Beasley, take Mayo or trade with us. That's it! Add that we can help them clear space for Brand or Booser or give them their pick back, and that is why this deal has been in the works since the day they started leaking about Mayo. Because it is the only one out there. They may not be putting it on paper, but they sure are spinning so much I'm getting dizzy.

No. You didn't. Blount for Walker to move up, OR if Taylor won't pay then their pick back. Either move well worth it. If McHale makes the call it's the Blount deal. If it's Taylor, the pick. Let's just hope Taylor stays out of it. Did he ever spend that Foye money?

Oh... it isn't very clear what you meant by how it was worded.

But regardless of what you meant, neither deal is going to happen.

The only way the Heat are getting Mayo is by drafting him.

Riley's already tipped his hand. Nobody's going to give them the player they want along with something else.
