If walker is on the board at #31 we would be stupid to not grab him

the Tim Floyd interview which was absolutely GLOWING....

where can I read this?

I'm all for Bill Walker. Foye-Mayo-Shad-Walker-Brewer-Gomes - man, that would be a great set of guards and wings. Not enough minutes to go around though. Maybe trade Shad for #16 (Lopez)?

I can't believe KG and co won tonight in L.A. Amazing. Especially after they were down like 21-45 in the second quarter.

here are probably the 2 best examples of what I'm talking about with the Floyd interview:

MT: Let's put basketball aside for a second. What kind of kid is O.J., in your experience in dealing with him as a person?
Floyd: Well, he was unbelievable here. A lot of these guys when they finish their season and declare for the draft, they don't complete their academics. O.J. stayed and completed his academic work because he cared about his teammates next year. He didn't want us to lose a scholarship - he felt like it was the right thing to do. He's been outstanding as a young man from day one, he's loved by the people here at this University, he treated everybody with respect, we never had an incident off the court, and for all those reasons, I'm appreciative and grateful and I'm glad we had an opportunity to coach him.

MT: What should we know about Mayo that we don't already?
Floyd: Well, he's a good person. He's been so scrutinized for so long - since he was a seventh-grader. I think often times he's been misrepresented and misportrayed by irresponsibility in the media. I think people really love him, he's respectable, he did the right thing when he was here and I think the Timberwolves would be fortunate to have him.
Thriving on mediocrity since '89.

I agree with Jawei should he fall to us at #34, hell, maybe even take a swing at him at #31 if walker is not there

Asik is a better prospect than Jawai
Pekovic is a better prospect than Jawai
Even Jason Thompson could be argued (I wouldnt, but some would)

Jawai projects as decent back-up. The 14th best center prospect this year. My major concern with him is not his height, or conditioning or lack of defense. It is that when you watch his highlight video he stutter-step travels almost everytime he makes a post move.

I'd argue that Ajinca's a better prospect, too, especially for us. Tremendous length, good frame (but needs to put on weight), fairly athletic, blocks shots. Jawai's got talent, but I'm unsure about how he fits with this team, particularly when there are guys that seem to be better fits out there.
"A while back,'' Cardinal said, "I took a picture of the standings and texted it to Love, just to bust his chops,'' Cardinal said. "He sent me a picture back of a snowdrift.''
