This new lay-out hurts my eyes... is it too bright? Looks like a cartoony version of the old one, less clear, less efficient, more cluttered. Please go back to the old one.

BBB is much better than this new format as of now.

As has been said, the pages are much too cluttered, and the blue on blue of the topic titles is difficult to read. I don't understand the need to color everything.

One suggestion about the quoting thing: if you can't make a box, atleast italicize the quoted text automatically.

It's gonna take some getting used to, but if the right changes are made, this could work out.

The color coded forums for each sport was a good idea, but I think it should be all grey-white. Pictures/avatars/sigs don't look good with pastel color backgrounds, especially blue (unless you are a denver nuggets fan, I guess).

I like the software, but not the skin.

Also, would it be too hard to ask that stickies have a thumb tack symbol and not a light bulb? It always throws me off if its not a thumb tack symbol.

I like it - but I do have 2 complaints:

1) I'm having trouble with quotes - in particular, figuring out who wrote what when someone quotes a post

2) Maybe my computer sucks, but it's taking a LOT longer to load pages (i think due to the new flash slides and ads on the top.

ETA: 3) Now when someone posts in between when you click "reply" and "submit" ... you're forced to re-evaluate your post before submission. This is really annoying, and would be especially annoying during game threads when people are posting rapid-fire.

i don't see the reason to mess with a good thing

the old layout was simple and easy to read

just fix the private messages and search functions!

Don't know if anyone else is having this problem, but I can't see more than a line of horizontal text. For example, it just cuts off someones sentence at a certain point to the right and doesn't continue in the line below it. Basically, I can't see everyone's posts in their entirety.

And the quotes are confusing as hell.

Actually the reason why you had to "re-evaluate" was because someone else made a submission just prior to yours. I guess they want you to make sure you're not saying something someone else has... which to me, is not a great feature, it takes 1 click too many... imagine the game threads, which would be a lot slower
