can this be linked as a section in each of the sports sections like for ex. when you click NBA Discussion it goes to that forum , how about a when you click off-topic all of the links are located to the same place from different sport forums.

It would be greatly appreciated if the whole Off Topic board was made viewable offline as well. Signing on every time to be able to access it can be quite the hassle, although a minor one, for lurkers.
Obama did not shut down the practice of torture, but merely repositioned it, to the American norm. The torture regime of Ford through Clinton, year by year, produced more US-backed strapped-down agony than was produced during the Bush/Cheney years.

i think that has something to do with the appropriateness of the content that comes up, especially on the OTB
