The White Guy Guarding Ajinca Bandwagon

Yeah, he looks huge! Can we start a movement to draft the white guy guarding Ajinca at #17?

Image

Movement started! I search Draft Express' database but they don't have a scouting profile on White Guy yet, so I made my own:

Strengths:

*Looks like he's really big in that picture
*Is not afraid of contact
*Will bang in the paint
*Moves arms and feet
*Can get in front of his man on D
*Has international experience
*Looks like Bargnani, so he can confuse both basketball opponents and would-be assassins
*Huge upside

Weaknesses:
*Questionable upside
*Doesn't always get feet planted when trying to take a charge
*Rebounding/post game/basketball IQ/team he plays for/actual name are question marks.
*Needs to add bulk
*Metrosexual haircut undermines street cred

Chad Ford says White Guy Guarding Ajinca has wowed scouts of this picture on the internet, and could be a lottery pick. He is expected to dominate 100% of his defensive assignments against Ajinca in the NBA. White Guy's tallness and internationalness have rumours linking him to the Raptors, who would love to plug a tall international guy in at the 5, possibly even the 6 given his enormous height.

I don't like his extra-baggy shorts. Sloppy.

I wonder if MLSE will let me buy a "White Guy Guarding" jersey.

if not, we need to come up with a name for him.

something like...Necro.

I like the DX breakdown. Very accurate...to other DX breakdowns. Broad, condratictory.

strengths
*can become great player

weaknesses
*maybe not.

Fantastic post.

Perfect comic timing.

I see Hakeem-like potential in him.

Best Case Senario: Hakeem Nowitzki

Worst Case Senario: Andrea Bargnani

I can't really take credit for that one. I stole it from half the draft profiles on the web.

We need to draft this guy. He's the kind of guy that will lead you to the finals with a fiercely gritty attitude and his unquestionable aptitude and ability to excel in areas that don't show up on the stat sheet. I heard he was won a game completely on his own solely because of his talent for getting inside the opponents head. I read about it in a book called "Things That Are True".
