Posey is the man!!!! Congrats to Boston,I really hate Phil Jackson and Kobe Bryant.

PS.CoolD, Do you ever say anything Positive? Come on man,PJ is a Heater for life! Free Eddie House. This series also shows that you dont need a ALL-Star PG, But you need a All-Star Big man.
Hope this post gets in.

I can't stand Boston. Just because their is a former Heat player. Won't stop me from disliking a team.

If PJ Brown would of won a title with the Knicks, would that make you happy?

I just can't stand K.G and Ray Allen.

From here on out, there's always going to be a slight twinge of jealousy and bitterness whenever some team other than my own has the nerve to win a title. It's like an eternal case of sour grapes. Haha.

With that being said, I am happy for Posey and House. And I'm absolutely thrilled for PJ.
HaHa! I am sorta in the same boat, but am really happy to see PJ finally get his ring, and even Posey get another one.

He was their unsung hero this post-season, just like he was for us; defense and timely shooting/offense when his team needed it the most, plus his rebounding. -- Gotta love role players like that.

LMAO why would anyone need an excuse to be happy? Do you ever make sense. I think it's easy to root for guys that played hard for us and do well elsewhere as long as it's not against us. Hose, Posey and PJ were all fan favorites, hard workers and good guys that played hard for us so why would I not be happy for them.
 -- I ask my self a lot.

I am glad I am not alone.

CoolD, your not a real Heat fan, so STFU and get out. If you can't appreciate PJ, House, and Posey winning a ring, then you shouldnt be here.

Anyways, I cant stop smiling for my former Heaters. Congrat guys, you guya cant make me anymore happier than I am now. :D

one to you as well, this is a playoff discussion thread, and anything playoff/post-season CAN be discussed in here.

The C's winning it all and Brown, Posey and House finally getting their rings are part of the organized discussion topic.

Feel free to use the Boston Board if you so desire to do so.

Thanks

Why, because I don't like Boston, yeah that makes sense.

What's next, you have to be a Knick fan too, to be a real Heat fan.

Sorry Flash, I'm just to emotional now. I mean our boys Posey, PJ, and House got their rings, and I'm all giddy, but CoolD is ruining my mood. It wont happen again Flash.

This type of thought annoys me, because it is always in the Rose/Beasley argument, insinuating that us pro-Rose people don't know how to build a team, rather than that we know you need an all-star big man, but just aren't convinced Beasley is it.

4 of the last 5 finals MVP's have been scoring guards or slashing players. Wade, Billups, Pierce, Tony Parker. The only PF to ever be Finals MVP was Tim Duncan and he is nearly 7 foot tall.

I think every significant big man in the finals has been a defensive force in the middle in recent times (Garnett, Zo, Shaq, Duncan, Rasheed, Big Ben, Dennis Rodman, David Robinson, Hakeem), while Beasley has question marks there already and is undersized to boot. It annoys me that no-one seems to see this as a valid concern, perhaps in part because CoolD doesn't endear himself to the rest of the board too well.

The thing is we are all Heat fans, all hoping for the best, and I'm ready to cheer on Beasley the minute his name gets called at #2 as I'm sure all the Beaslers are ready to cheer on Rose.

Another thing this final shows to me that supports Beasley as Ira said is the importance of shooters.. Boston had them Lakers didnt. A Rose/Wade backcourt shooting becomes a serious concern, Beasley as a PF can hit shots from almost anywhere. To me we have our playmaker/slaher/scorer now we need shooters and a post presence. But like Marty said I will be excited for either guy, there's more than enough reasons Rose is a great pick as well.

That was a great defensive performance by the Celtics and an embarrassing showcase by the Lakers. The Lakers would have been better off losing during game 5, since they would have been defeated with some dignity left. I just can't believe that they completely disappeared.
