Cotto would be bigger... I can see that going to Vegas or Staples Center and the biggest PPV of the year. I think it would be bigger than Mayweather/Hatton.

JCC would be very solid if it was in Mexico City in Azteca Stadium.

Margarito shouldn't be in the discussion...

The Most Feared Man in Boxing is always relevant when discussing big fights, ESPECIALLY after he beats Cotto

I would think that he would want a rematch vs Williams considering he will lose vs Cotto .

If he pulls the upset great, but I think the best fight that can be made with Oscar would be with an undefeated Cotto.

hahaha. Well i was going to say later on, if Margarito does lose, he should fight Williams to prove he did truly have an off night the 1st time around just like Williams prove to us against Quintana he had an off night the 1st fight. Williams isn't a name for PPV yet. Cotto/DLh/Mayweather wont touch him.

I don't know how Williams can make 147 when I think he is even taller than Pavlik.

Pleeeeeeeeeeeease just use Oscar as a gate-keeper for JCC Jr. I don't want that MFer eating up the time of established fighters.
Hi love, bye love, I will miss my love.

Andre Ward fought tonight against Jerson Ravelo and embarrased him. Ravelo was wild and never in the fight. Ward picked his shots easily and then in the 8th round i believe caught him flush with a right hand then Ravelo went down. He got up then after taking a barrage of punches, the Corner through in the Towel

Ronald Hearns also score a stoppage.

Eddie Chambers stopped Raphael Butler

The more that I think about I don't think I am giving Rdz enough of a chance. He has 29 KO in all his W's It is no shame to not being able to hurt a guy like Bladomir. You can hit him with a cinder block and he wouldn't back up. Berto has a questionable chin.... It has been the year of the upset..

So Khan won via tko 5 over Gomez, he went down once but knocked the other guy down twice and later stopped him.

Kessler won his fight via tko 12. I hear it was Andrade-Kessler without the knockout.

It is never good when you leave in a stretcher... Anyways it wasn't a real title fight... everyone knows that Joe is the champ at supermiddleweight.

Abraham wants Pavlik or DeLaHoya in his post fight interview. He had a hell of an American debut.

I wish it wasn't a "title" fight. Kessler should have fought Miranda.

Ant (UK): So Kelly Pavlik turned down a fight with Paul Williams, who the hell thought that fight would be a good idea?

SportsNation Dan Rafael: (12:51 PM ET ) Let's get things clear: Williams camp asked for like $2 million or $2.5 million, which means they didn't really want to fight Pavlik. Pavlik made $2.5 to fight Lockett. Where is the money coming from to pay Williams that crazy amount? So if not saying yes to a loony purse request means Pavlik "turned him down" so be it.

Aaron (Hartford): Dan...did you get to talk to (or translate) with Arthur Abraham at all. He seemed pretty graciuous in his interview with Jim G.

SportsNation Dan Rafael: (12:56 PM ET ) Yes, I spoke to him before the fight and saw him speak at both the pre and post-fight press conferences. Very classy dude. And decent, but limted, English.

Anthony (Youngstown, OH): Danimal, What are the chances of a Pacquiao-Hatton fight in 09 if they win their respective fights coming up? This fight would be boxing gold from the financial side. I think Pac-man destroys him!

SportsNation Dan Rafael: (12:59 PM ET ) I think it's possible. Freddie Roach and Arum like the idea of the fight. It will depend largely on what Hatton thinks about it.

Andy (Seattle, WA): If Manny looks spectacular tomorrow night does it improve his chances at getting the DLH $$ fight?

SportsNation Dan Rafael: (12:15 PM ET ) I think Oscar is focused on Cotto or Tito,, BUT if those dont come through I believe Manny will be a serious consideration. I spoke at length with Freddie Roach yesterday and he said they would take that fight if offered.
