how in the world are the magic going to add another max player to their roster with Lewis already on his max deal, and Howard's deal about to kick in?

Then Heat trade number 2 pick, second round from Raps, some expirings, Dorrell Wright, Chris Quinn and Udonis Haslem for Brand/Maggette

Ford-Wade-Maggette-Brand-Nesterovic/ZO. :o :o :o :o :o

Why is Miami going to trade for Kapono after they let him go because they didn't feel he was worth the $6M he was being paid?

BiggieSmalls wrote:the blazers have a foursome too, but we didnt trade for any of our guys, we drafted them all.........roy,oden,aldridge,fernandez!

can anyone match up to this lineup:

TBA/Blake
Roy/Fernandez
Webster/Jones
Aldridge/Frye
Oden/Przybilla

TBA=the point guard that we will attain through a trade, my hope is that it is either kirk hinrich or tony parker.
roy oden aldridge and fernandez have yet to prove anything, and 2 of them have yet to even plan in an NBA game (fernandez and oden) iisc.

they aren't anything to write home about, till they prove they can all produce on the nba level for an entire season, then a post-season.

the blazers started the season very impressively, but as teams caught on to their players and game planned for them, they started to cool down.

roy's one of the better SGs around, that goes w/o saying, but the other 3? :dontknow

Toronto is one of the slowest paced teams in the league.

Not at 6 million!! Pat riley could of brought him back for that price and he didnt. He is a nice player but he is not worth that kind of money. If E.Brand ends up being a heater, Then there is only 2 deals i could see going down.

Brand,Tim Thomas,7#(??) for 2#(Beasley),Marion,Banks or E.Brand for Mark Blount,Marcus Banks,2# (Beasley)

I just realized.....if Brand does indeed get traded to the Heat, they could do a marketing scheme in which...we'll let's see.

Drive To The Finals: Starring Team BMW!

Get it?

Yeah I know that sucked...:nonono:

Yes, but in that hypothetical trade, heat are giving marion who makes a lot of money, they get from the raptors tj ford, a second round and they need something else. just fantasy trades that won't happen...

I don't see Riley trading for TJ Ford as his PG; he just doesn't like small PGs and he never has. There's a reason why he passed on Jameer Nelson in the 2004 draft.

Well that may be true nowadays...but I clearly remember a certain PG that was the cornerstone (alongside Zo) of the franchise back in the 90s. Here's a hint: His first name wasn't Penny.

Ya but that Hardaway could Shot. TJ is Injury Prone, Cant Shoot, Not a great Defender and makes to much money. All of that adds up to a "No" Trade.

Hardaway was one of the best guards during his prime, and one of the best PGs, too.

There's a difference b/w Ford, Nelson and a player like Hardaway.

Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."
