I heard you were dangling Boris Diaw or Leondro Barbosa for a 1st round Pick. Would you consider this trade with us?

Battier and the #25 straight up for Babs... yeah we can do that since it is unworkable for just Head.

Seriously, GET REAL. We don't need another chucker who cant play defense in return for barbosa, we already have that IN HIM. Granted, he is 200000x better at it than Head aswell, and you've just made the worst possible offer. However, I do love the Battier + 25 for Barbs, but i doubt Houston is interested because they give up their best perimeter defender. Hell, id be willing to add a couple future 2nd's and Tucker or Strawberry if they did that. I love Battier's all around game, and no doubt he ****kobe. That would be JUST as good as adding Ron Artest and still having bell. We could actually have Bell gaurd Pg's, and Nash gaurd SF/SG (whichever is worse offensively) depending on who we verse, like how TP gaurded Bell and Bowen gaurded Nash...

No, not on the Suns board again.

While I totally agree that the original proposal isn't fair value-wise from our POV, the Battier/Scola/25 for Barbs/15-trade is just ridiculous. Battier is one of the best defenders in the league and Houston gave up Rudy Gay to get him, so I highly doubt the Rockets would even consider dealing him alone for Barbs + #15. Having them add Scola and the #25 is really REALLY unfair, pure homerism.

Doesn't look to me as if there would be many options regarding a Barbosa-to-Houston trade, while the Webster + #13-proposal sounds quite tempting, not to mention it's way better value-wise than Head + #25. If the Blazers would add either Jack or Frye while we add a small filler, then I'd definitely be sold on this.
