I'd give the slight edge to TJ.

I'm not even going to look at numbers, but rather how they impact a game. I feel like TJs playmaking skills are what sets them apart.

Harris is supposedly the better defender, but I don't really see him playing that aggressive lock down d.

Ford now, but I'm really high on Harris. I'd take him for the future.

Harris because of his better D. Harris is also a better 3pt shooter, rebounder, and at steals. Harris has less history with injuries as well. But, Ford does take care of the ball better.

Ford is a better creator, play-maker, and floor-general in, well, general. TJ's jump-shot has improved a lot this season [88% free-throw shooter and 46.7% eFG on jump-shots] and he is the same age has Harris. IMO, when healthy, TJ is better, but if you want to factor in health, I'd take Harris.

As a Mavs fan who's watched Harris flourish over the years, I'll have to take Ford even though I've watched like zero of Ford's games. I'm just not that high on Harris. What he does, he does very well- and he can shred defenses apart, but his overall impact on the game is gimmicky at best. As soon as the team goes to a zone, he's borderline useless. He's more of a shooting guard in a point guard's body (you've heard that before) than anything else, except he can't shoot (for the most part). He's really fast, and because of that he can make a lot of layups, but I'm still not sold on him. He's like a reduced-fat Tony Parker Lite for dummies.
