Re: Bargnani?
Second deal this weak that made me throw up in my mouth a bit. I don't know which of Adam Morrison or Andrea Bargnani potentially in a Magic uniform is more vomit-inducing. Bargnani is a 7ft, 250lber who stays on the perimeter despite being a distinctly mediocre shooter, and averages less than 4rpg. The 1.4rpg against us in the playoffs sealed my opinion of him. Unless he improves drastically in the future, I reckon he will go down in history as the single worst no.1 overall pick.

Hellooo...Garbajosa is gonna play in Europe next season.
On topic, Bargnani could be a decent player for the Magic coming off the bench (for Lewis) with a better coach in SVG, but Hedo si too valuable to trade now. If the Raps shop him around for nothing (Bogans or JJ just sayin') Otis may look into it.

Re: Bargnani?
Bargs would be the upgrade to Cook that was the upgrade for Garrity. And if we were to go after him, we should trade accordingly.
Maybe Garrity AND Cook ?
Maybe Garrity AND Cook ?

Re: Bargnani?
Bargs is on of the three worst number one draft picks of the last two decades. Take your pick between him, Kwame and Kandi-man. And you're proposing we trade our second option for him? Good say, sir.
I said good day, sir!!!

I'd want Brown or Olowokandi on my team before Bargnani. At least those two are 7 footers who play like 7 footers.
Whilst no.1 was a massive reach for both, getting 8.3,6.8 and 1.3 in just over 26mpg (Kandi's career stats) or 7.5 and 5.7 in 23mpg (Kwame), and some respectable defense and interior presence, is better than having a 7ft, 250lb shooting guard (who can't shoot) and who seems to have an abject fear of getting too close to the basket and trying to defend and rebound. My opinion of Bargnani as a player borders on disgust, and the Toronto fans and players have my pity that he is on their roster. One of Brian Colangelo's few dud moves in recent times.

Honestly we looking to contend soon so we shouldn't be trading one of our current "big 3" for a questionable project.

Re: Bargnani?
Bargnani is perhaps going to be the worst number 1 pick of all time...Kandi and Kwame aren't that bad. Ok yeah they are but Bargnani is worse. Bet you money Toronto wishes they had Brandon Roy right now...could have had him, but look at this ham and egger your stuck with. Kind of like us with JJ when we could have had Ronnie Brewer.
