A league source has told HOOPSWORLD that the LA Clippers are close to completing a trade with the Seattle Sonics for the #4 pick. The Sonics would get the #7 pick from LA along with some other kind of compensation, likely a future first round pick.
The source confided that the Clippers will then look to trade the #4 pick and Elton Brand to Miami for the #2 pick and Shawn Marion.
