i think you have got it all wrong...i think that we have faith in riley and believe something good will happen...but we are preparing for the worst.

Thaats like saying you have faith in you kid that he wont s**t his pants but when he does you are gonna be Bleepin pissed...whereas if you had given him diapers and been prepared, you wouldnt be as pissed..

Hence i refer to this as, the diapers forum

Most of us love and respect Riley for what he has done for the Heat; however, we have to take him at his word. He has said that he was going to draft Kaman and was talked out of it in order to draft Wade. He has admited that the trades and free agent decisions/acquisitions have been terrible the past couple of years. He takes off during the season and misses games to scout players, yet when D. Rose is working out for us leading up to the draft, Pat does not attend. And lastly, Pat has a huge ego and has always admited that he does not have alot of patience....with the type of season that we just had, and the fact that Boston was able to turn things around so quickly, it seems like he is possessed to try to duplicate what Boston has done, which I think its a mistake. I do not want to have one or two great seasons and then we are back to being the worst team in the league. I want to build a young talented core that can compete every year for many years to come and then the GM's job is to find that missing piece that will put us over the top. So, as you can see, we respect and love Riles but given his resent comments and actions, we are very cautious.

I would be worried if Chris Wallace was still part of our front office but it is Riley in charge.

I'll unlock it if anything vent worthy happens.
