Bigs

When the raptors deal becomes official heres the list of pf,C that will be on our team
Jeff
Murph
Rasho
Ike
DH
Baston
shawne w.???
and assuming we use one if not both of the picks for a post player that leaves us with 8 or 9 bigs. I can't imagine having all these guys on the team when the season starts next season.

Its pretty silly to add Shawne and Harrison to that list. With this trade Williams will definitely be a 3 for us. Harrison won't even be on the team next year.

I expect a trade, maybe even two. Its just bound to happen and Bird promised some surprises, not sure if the JO trade was it, he made it sound like he had a few things up his sleeve though.

Harrison is not currently on the roster, and with the acquisition of Rasho Nesterovic, is highly unlikely to return next year. I can't see them offering him the qualifying offer of just over $2 million for next year, nor can I see them offering him another chance.

Yeah, Harrison is probably a goner. Don't see us taking two big men tonight, but I could be wrong.

Plus, if worst came to worst, I'm sure we could find a taker for Diogu or Baston, it's just how much we're wanting to get back. We'd probably give way Baston for nothing.

Forget Harrison. He's gone.

I agree unless the BPA is a SF, maybe even SG - we just can't afford to waste our best pick in over a decade on the 1 position we really don't need.

I understand that this is in no way official and could just be confusion on her part, but Harrison's sister said there was a deal in place and that he would be a Pacer again this year. Even if she has it right it was before the trade for Rasho, though, so that may have changed by now.

Raps fan here,
I just want to talk a little bit about Rasho. He's underrated and is a very solid player. He plays good d, grabs boards, and is effectively getting layups and lots of garbage points inside. He always plays his role and is always someone I have confidence in on the floor. Plus, he works extremely well with TJ. They have a lot of good chemistry, and you will be pleasantly surpised with Rasho in the upcoming season. Obviously he's not a saviour or anything, but he's solid.

He sounds about exactly like Jeff Foster. That's not a bad thing, just a redundant thing.
