I like that like a month ago I heard Dano is 6' 8" in his shoes. As of yesterday I was reading that the T'Wolves measured him at 6'10" with no shoes. Guess we'll only know his EXACT size after we draft him.

Fran Fraschilla personally loves the guy. He thinks the Knicks are gonna take him and that they'll get a PG via trade. He was saying that Dano averages 17 and 5 for his team last year and that the league he's in he considers better than the Big East or ACC and that if Dano played college ball here he'd probably be a top 3-4 pick. Fran's my boy and I usually trust what he says because he knows an awful lot about European players (usually is the expert correspondant on them at the Draft), so his words make me want Dano at 10 more and more. Fran just honestly doesn't think he's gonna fall to 10.

He's also intrigued by the possibilty of playing for the Nets.

"They have a pretty good winning tradition over the last eight years or so. If I went there I'd just go in and try to learn from that," Brook admitted.

Well, I'm split on Brook. I think he'll be way better than Collins, but he's still a twin from Stanford.

But it's always nice to hear a good prospect say he would like to play for you, especially.

My short list at 10 (not in any order):
Gordon
B. Lopez
Alexander
Gallinari

Short list at 21:
Speights
Hickson
Batum
CDR

#40:
Damjan Rudez
DJ White
Dorsey
Shan Foster

If we can get one of these guys in each of my lists, I'd think we had a great draft. Of course this is depending on how everything falls. I'm just going on where people are "supposed" to get picked.

We're not picking Randolph he's way too far away . And he scored extremely poor in psychological tests . A bigtime project like Randolph with mental problems is a bad combination . ( just like Jordan is / would be )

Ya know I always forget he's in this draft. I think he should have waited another year (he's got one more year left right?) If we took him I'd love that pick. Maybe then we could coax Ewing away from Orlando. He'd be with is son and I'd kill to have him tutor our big man crop. I know Brook Lopez said he looks up to Duncan for who he wants to model his game after, but I've mentioned to a few people he looks more like Ewing. This would be a match made in heaven if all this played out.

just read this off the latest ESPN mock draft.. hopefully it doesnt come true.

The Nets appear to have three players in mind -- Kevin Love, Brook Lopez and Danilo Gallinari. If those three are off the board, as we project here, then look for New Jersey to make a trade with Portland that would bring the Nets the No. 13 pick, the No. 33 pick and Jarrett Jack for the No. 10 pick and Maurice Ager. In that case, the Blazers would probably want Augustin.

If that trade happens, look for the Nets to take Robin Lopez with the No. 13 pick.

Kill me. I'd rather take Koufos at 13, Speights/Hickson/CRD at 21 and Rudez or whatever his name is (he's foreign and I've liked the videos I've seen of him) at 40. Take these guys then try to ship Nenad out in a S&T for possibly a decent swing man since Koufos basically does the same stuff but has deep range. I'd rather do all this because I value Boone over Robin every day of the week.

I wonder why talks between POR and NJ fell apart? Lopez would have fell to 13 and the Blazers could have had Bayless.

Oh well. Good luck with Lopez.

I hope Brandon Rush falls to 21. It would make this draft perfect imo.

I really love this pick. Brook is a steal at l0. We finally having a legit low post presence. If only we still had Rj..... I'm sorry but a Harris, VC, RJ, Lopez core is scary. We have too many big mennow. Trade Yi for a 3.

and another thing. I feel for teams that try to go inside on us with SWAT, Lopez, and Boone on the interior.

How? They're going to compliment each other's games perfectly. Brook posts up and Yi stretches the floor.
