To me this is a trade that suits the Raptors very well if JO can stay healthy. Rebounding and inside presence is what this team needed the most and JO brings both of those to the team. I dont really see how this could hurt us to be honest. Its not like we were headed for big things with TJ and Rasho anyways.

I love how Bosh is labelled a 'jumpshooter' when he goes to the FT line more than any other big. Its pretty funny

And Baron? The same Baron that has trouble getting to 60 games a year for the past 3 years? Since he's gone to GSW he's had his 4th, 2nd, and 1rst seasons when it comes to most missed games.

The most games Baron ever missed was 02-03 with the Hornets when he played in 50 games. He's played at least 54 every year in GS, excluding 04-05 when he was traded midseason. He also played in 82 this past year. And he likely will for awhile.

We can put those incessant injury complaints to rest, as JO just revealed that sitting out for extended periods of time was a, "career move," as per Sports Illustrated and the AP. TJ on the other hand, did not sit out for extended periods of time because he wanted to be in shape for a contender, he simply had trouble walking after an injury. A little bit different if you ask me...

As for the nonsense that the Raptors are only "marginally" better because of JO, the people saying that clearly have never watched a Raptors game in their lives. If we had the interior offense and defense JO provides, we would have been in the 2nd round this year, at the very least.

I was wrong about the Celtics drastic improvements last year, so I'm not going to sleep on my team's significant improvements this year. Providing the core of Jose/Bosh/JO is still in tact come the start of the season, this team will one of the elite in the east.

i dont see how having JO would automatically put you guys in the 2nd round, i dont think JO will be that much of a factor to put you guys in the ecf, right now i can see you guys battling for the 4th seed
