Enjoy Memphis

The black hole of basketball..

Anyone got Steve Francis phone number? i think they need to hook up and discuss how to get the hell out of that shambles of a franchise.

From Simmons draft diary (before the trade)

Normally, Mayo is disarmingly winsome and charming in interviews, to the point that part of me wants to legally adopt him. (I wish I had thought of this 10 years ago.) Not right now, not when he's coming to the realization he will be spending the next five years shoveling snow in Minnesota. Even Stephen A. can't get a rise out of him. Is it too early to list O.J. as the top free agent of the summer of 2013?

I'm sure those paychecks will prove otherwise.

Memphis actually looks like they have a bright future, and will have huge amounts of money to spend in upcoming free agency.

i've never been to memphis but it doesn't seem that bad. it's not all the way up in minnesota where there is absolutely nothing to do except go to sex world.

Memphis isn't bad, but the Minneapolis-St. Paul area is really nice.

Memphis is going to be a great team, and I think O.J. will like it there. Even though there are problems with management they still have a good young team and bright future.

Conley-OJ-Gay

He's their franchise player now, he can endorse it and probably will be thrilled.

I have concerns about OJ and Memphis. I doubt its his first choice, but the same probably went for Minnesota, so he's going to have time to adapt. Where talking about millions here so it's not like he can't live on both the West Coast and East Coast. He's going to have his options down the road if he wants to play for another team but for the time being he needs to focus on his game and conditioning.

I don't understand these dudes that don't like where they're going(not that Mayo has said anything, just speaking on past players)..YOU ARE MAKING MILLIONS..make your mansion entertaining, bring some girls to the house every night, buy whatever you want..there's so much you can do..

go to the clubs in different cities when you have spare time, which is often once the season ends..

Conley-Gay-MarcGasol it's good but Foye-Al Jefferson is better for him!
