Rookies have more size and overall more talent.

LMAO at Oden being a rookie, but not Gasol. I know it had been spoken about already, but it really did make me laugh.
BTW Oden will dominate that game, but Rose will be MVP.

Right now, people are putting the hype of the Rooks against the early, raw returns of the Sophmores.

And IMO, a guy who got payed his rookie salary, should not be considered a rookie anymore.

Sophmores get the win, but not before a litle scare. No one really takes this game seriously anyway in all honesty picking the Rookies is like saying the Washington Generals are gonna beat the Globetrotters.

Although the Soph team will be good.

I feel it will be a more competitive game then the NBA all star weekend usually has, that's for sure.

Oden is considered a rookie, despite being paid 1 years salary and being drafted the prior year.

You're a rookie your entire first played season. You cannot say that Oden is not a rookie, because then his rookie season would be non-existent. It won't show up that in 07-08 he played 0 games. It won't show anything at all. His first season will be considered 08-09, and that's subsequently his rookie season.

He will play on this years rookie team, and he will have a shot at rookie of the year, etc.

Sophomores will win as usual. The 06 class was supposed to be crushed by the 07 class, and that didn't happen either.
