what's considered a flaw now? because Ginobili has some significant flaws..I get to watch him 82+ games a year, and his flaws anger me all the time..he is no longer a "good" defender, he's just average..all he does is gamble now, and he can't stay with his man anymore..due to injuries and fatigue, but that's irrelevant..and his main flaw, decision making..this is what prevents him from being a lot greater than he is, and this is what frustrates us..

I see that Paul Pierce is now getting the 2006 Wade finals hype..except Wade deserved it..

There is no such thing as a perfect player or one with no flaws. Michael Jordan is the only player that can even come close to such praise.

The closest player though, right now, is LeBron James.

This guy can do everything fairly well to great. The only "flaw" he has is his jump shot isn't consistent but the guy can still knock down open jumpers at a significant rate. He has unlimited range because he's so strong and makes it look so easy.

Throw LeBron on any team and they can probably make the playoffs. His leadership, confidence, passing ability makes his teammates much better than they really are.

Just ask this question: Does the Miami Heat win more games with LeBron or Wade (injury prone and wreckless physical play)/Kobe (very moody, a loner - would bring down team morale)?

Easy answer ----> LeBron

I wouldn't even begin to think about big guys for that team....there are too many D-leaguers playing for the Heat they would have trouble throwing passes into the post and bringing the ball up the floor.

Free throw shooting?

I don't really think Jordan was close to flawless, as I don't think any player has ever been close to flawless. Distance shooting would be one flaw in Jordan's game. Jordan is still the GOAT, but his long range shooting was nothing special at all.

Don't misunderstand me. Jordan was not perfect and was not flawless, there is no such thing. I'm just saying to even have a topic or discussion on such a thing, he's the only one I can think of to even bring it up as a possible debate. And IMO even he was not perfect.

LeBron isn't a great there but he hits them enough and at a reasonable clip. It's not like other teams are going to start hack-a-LeBron out there.

Besides he is going to get to the line a lot and he is going to get even better from there.
