If you guys need a 3rd scorer, make a trade for Mo Williams. He can flat out ball on offense. He has some defensive holes, but has never had a real coach to speak of, either. Bucks are looking to move him, and need a PF.

I like Mo Williams, but rumor is that he's selfish and looks for his own numbers first. Is that true?

I dont understand why anybody would even want to trade McGrady. We are not rebuilding and the only players that would be good value in return arent going anywhere. I understand that people might be bored during this time of year, but lets be realistic here. Instead of wasting time shooting down deals left and right for McGrady, then why dont we just do the same thing the Rockets have been trying to do since we first aquired McGrady? Find ways to put better role players around T-Mac and Yao!!
Unless we are getting Kobe, LBJ, Piere, D12, or Wade then Mac isnt going anywhere. And since we wouldnt get any of those players in return we might as well get used to it already!!!

A lot of people here get frustrated with not winning it all, become convinced in their own minds that the only course of solution to not winning in the NBA is a major trade, and refuse to think through what they're saying. It's so much easier to propose, argue, and counter trades with broadly scoped, low-detail generalizations than to go through, find all the relevant factors, weight them, make valuation and fit/need comparisons, etc. I guarantee that even as longwinded as I am in dealing with trades, good GMs put MUCH more time and detail into their decisions. I'm usually kinda lazy about it cause I have, you know, a job.
I've also always thought it was funny how this thread's title inadvertently implies that there is no realistic trade for T-Mac and asks for one in the same sentence. (yes, I pointed this out before, but who here reads back 3 pages in a 6 page thread?)
