OT: DeShawn Stevenson sighting #2

Post#1 » by SteveMorrison15 » Sun Jun 29, 2008 3:14 am

Ok. I was at the West Oaks Mall walking with my friend and before I walked into the LIDS, I saw a tall man walking in the opposite direction.

It was DeShawn Stevenson. He was wearing a Connie Hawkins vintage Phoenix Jersey. He was walking with another dude who wasn't anyone famous. Stevenson still has the beard going. He looks the same. He was heading for the Food court or the Theaters. I'm not sure. I don't follow NBA players in the mall . . . if I can help it.

This is the second time I've seen him at West Oaks and it still puzzles me why he goes there. I know he lives down here but why West Oaks? Then again, why do I work there?

I wanted to get a picture with him but I he was gone and I was late for work. Aw well, maybe next time.

I should have asked him "How does it feel to make LeBron your b*tch?".

I once literally collided with Ken Griffey Jr. at Universal Studios Halloween Horror Nights. It was packed and we were walking in opposite directions both talking to the people we were with and not paying attentions. We slammed into each other pretty hard. I looked at him like I would anyone else in that situation, like I was pissed off. I realized it was him and still didn't change my look, lol. We both just walked off. I've also seen tons of "famous" people out and about from Gary Sheffield to 80's wrestlers.

I only went there 4 times probably and only because a friend of mine used to live out there.

I only go to FL mall and M@M...fashion square has improved a lot lately.

M@M is nice because I see many 'famous' people there.

Fashion Square is still my mall of choice. It's the downtown Orlando mall, so it'll remain ever-cool. And anyway, as long as Coliseum of Comics sticks around, as will I.

I hear you can see Bo Outlaw at Mall of Millenia a lot.

Dude have you looked around that town? West Oaks Mall is getting worst by the minute.

Whenever I told people that a NBA player was in the mall, they would reply " Why this mall? ".

I don't see why you don't think it's a crap mall. When was the last time you were there?

Do you work there too?

Aww man what's that really big mall in atlanta? I heard it used to be nice but now it's like a flea market in the middle of a ghetto. The name escapes me but that is hands down the most disgusting mall i've ever seen....and I HATE malls.

I dont work there but i live right by there. I hardly ever go there but its becaue i hardly go to malls at all. Here what i think its happens, people compare it to places like Millenia, a mall that was intended to look "richey". In that case of course its gonna look way below places like that. My opinion is that its not as bad people are making it out to be.

I went there once. Place is mad ghetttto.. I felt as though I was in a worse area than P-more.

P-more starting to get more clean. I hope they make that creative village where the current Orena is and start getting some middle income housing there. Would be a good way to clean up that area.

I like how they have dummy cop cars parked out front.
