Meanwhile, Fletcher and Joseph's agent Don Meehan are not allowed to comment on the veteran goalie's status until his current contract with Calgary runs out tomorrow.

Joseph played for the Leafs from 1998 to 2002, and is looking to finish his career close to his home just outside of Toronto.

I like this signing. Cujo seems like the right type of person to have in a team looking to rebuild.

Plus, he understands his role and was very solid for the Flames last season.3 (Oh, and Leafs fans love shelling out for reminders of the 'good' old days.)
