Cassell, Harper, Walton and their rings say otherwise. Obviously not with the Clippers but they've had luck elsewhere.

PJ Brown never made the finals until this season.

He finally caught a break.

Um, no he hasn't. He was a great part of the Heat's tankjob last season. Not only does he suck, he's an expiring contract! He gives up the ball in crucial moments, he always makes boneheaded plays, he has no shot selection worth speaking of, and he misses every basket that matters. Ricky Davis is a cancer.

Ironic in BOS as well, as soon as AL Jefferson is played enough to bust out Ricky was traded the year before. If Ricky played with a healthy Pierce and broken out AL Jefferson for a couple of years he would have been able to taste some playoff success perhaps

Al Jefferson wasn't busting out because he had Ricky Davis on his team. Simple math.

Its funny how Celtics jockers are just starting to be apologists for everyone that's been with their franchise for the past 20 years that they've been losing. Oh, we have a title. That must mean Ricky Davis has reinvented himself. Yeah, right.

how about Iverson...he finally goes to a team with offensive talent but with a dumb coach and horrible defenders. And now there's about 10 stacked teams in the West.

Tracy McGrady.

He didn't have injuries that ruined his career unlike Grant Hill or McDyess. He's unlucky because his team has never given him a chance of advancing to the second round year after year. It's a travesty that a player with his talent, who's matured so much through the years, not succeed.
