Better play than the 100 mil for Gilbert Arenas. A trade of Baron for Brand is a win for GS. The pessimist in me says he wants to play in LA with Baron and do a Boston Like turnaround.

Im sad baron left. No way brand signs with us unless we offer him max with baron in LA. Looks like the warriors are heading to the lottery again. Baron haters got their wish.

I don't think Brand considers it for a second... he's been a well paid loser for many years, and the W's aren't exactly the place for big men to shine...

I'm perfectly fine with that too... He didn't show he was completely healed from his surgeries... could turn into a McDyess type case. I want to see our rookies getting forced offensive touches... lets see what we have and then address our needs via FA and get a good guard / wing in the next draft, which is full of them.

We can offer the max? If that happened and we keep Ellis-Azu-Beans and round up a low $ PG...we are for sure in Lux Tax. Even if we offer $15 mill..that's big and could spoil the Clips big plan.

I certainly hope Brand and Gilbert have each others' phone numbers.

I think the Warriors would be fun.

Why the hell would we over pay of him? Isn't he like 28 years old? We need to play our younger players like Wright, Wright is just as good as Brand in a few years, probably way cheaper too.
