Outside of that you have the Celtics, who have already won, and the Lakers who just got their feet wet. Both are in more advanced stages than the Blazers. Same goes for NO.
I think its about who you would like to watch over the next three years. Not who is going to win the title. I can see why PDX is winning this. Its an exciting young team with a ton of potential. They will be improving every season and most people enjoy watching watching a team mature rather than decline.
