I have to agree...As a lifelong Pacers fan and a diehard Reggie Miller fan I will never forget all his miraculous moments...Sadly though the one that sticks in my heart the most is the one that is the most depressing...Its Tayshaun blocking his layup that single handedly turned a series around...
Once they have that golden shining moment and it comes to them in a dream or whatever and they understand that, that's when this team and this franchise will go to another level from where it was when I was here.

Yup, it's part of prospect theory.

I'm still not over the 2000 WCF choke job.
Thank you for all the memories BRoy. You were a class act and brought hope to an entire region for 5 years. You will be missed.

As a life long Wizards fan, I have still not grown numb to heart breaking loses. We have our share of 20 pt leads blown and last minute buzzer beaters by total scrubs every season. Each time it happens, its a dagger to the heart.

It depends on which team you root for. Being a Clippers fan, losing has been a way of life. Losing is like breathing air, drinking water. You become accustomed to losing but winning a single game is like winning the NBA finals. :P

whenever my team losses a big game, its devastating. depending on the situation, it can lead to a semi-depression. the wins, i'm sad to say, don't lead to the type of happiness that should offset the losses. the wins sometimes feel like a relief rather than pure excitement. thoughts?

I think so. When I lose I can be totally devastated. For a win, I'm happy but that's it, don't know why.
Except for a decisive game or something like that, in this case a win is a soure of happiness...
