Posey is a guy who's impact vastly exceeds his statline. He's got a very high bball IQ and does lots of little things to contribute to winning bball. And he's fairly clutch as far as role players go, and has already shown he can fit in seemlessly on multiple championship caliber teams.

I'll take Posey every single time.

Posey if you plan on making the playoffs wether you sign Posey or Magette.

Magz if your looking for a centerpiece to your team.

Also exceptions are if you have a really good slasher on your team. Teams with an Areneas,Pierce,Butler,LeBron ect don't really need that slasher as desperately as others do. Great post offense [that can lead to fouls] usually can cover this too. Ah free throws, the great diffrence maker.
