I don't know about the Celtics and Hawks but the Jazz play in the Rocky Mountain Revue Summer League. I think the Hawks do too if I'm not mistaken.

Rose, Beasley To Face Off Monday

Derrick Rose and Michael Beasley will face off for the first time in the NBA on Monday when the Bulls and Heat meet in summer league play, according to The Associated Press.

"I didn't even know we're playing Miami first," Rose said. "I'm not going to be checking him."

"If you want to make it a Mike Beasley and Derrick Rose show, go ahead," Beasley said. "But that's not how it's going to be."

Rose and Beasley were the first two picks in June's NBA Draft, and both are battling injuries.

Beasley has a slightly cracked sternum, while Rose is battling tendinitis in his right knee.
Dwight Howard on his FT struggles:

"I just think everybody needs to stop talking about it," Howard said. "There's more to life than free throws."

^^ Jazz and Hawks are in this one with other teams already mentioned in other leagues, so what about the celtics?

Anyone have info on the other summer leagues? Pepsi Pro, Souther California Pro, and Reebok Pro?

It's frustrating that nba.com nor any other basketball site has a complete listing of all summer leagues with schedules.

What is the television schedule for these I wonder?

I know the ORL league is streamed online off their website. But I'm pretty sure NBA TV typically shows the las vegas summer league?

Would be great if someone could post the TV schedule

The Celtics will not be involved in any summer league, suprisingly enough.

I thought the celtics would have at least tested out some younger guys... are there rookies playing for other teams?

Danny Ainge decided to try something different this year. The celtics had a mini camp where their rookies and other FA`s were being evaluated but they won`t participate in the summer leagues...

These announcers are the worst.

The one guy said Mario Chalmers was drafted #50 and then spent the next quarter and a half calling him Lionel.

He also seems to think Yannick Noah plays for the Bulls.

Then we are treated to a string of completely legitimate questions that decent summer league announcers probably know the answer to. But of course, they don't know because they don't know anything. And they seem to be proud of it, no less.

Are they being sarcastic or something? Could they possibly be this dumb?

Must be sarcasm...heard the dudes called the OKC team totally different nicknames just because they don't have one.
