JJ Reddick Trade
I searched your pages for a while but didnt see anything other than him stranded. I havent heard too much about him, other than he's buried on the bench. Would a Joey Graham straight trade be kool with Magic fans? or maybe a Delfino swap?
Whats his situation anyways? How is he playing? Is he in the dog house? (a real assesment not that he just sucks)

Re: JJ Reddick Trade
Id do it for Delfino.
Hill didnt like him, SVG doesnt like him.. he can light it up on offense but defensively he just gets overmatched.. I still think he deserves more minutes though, I think at best he can be like Sasha Vujacic was this year (if he's willing to take charges)

I'd like to see him get an extended shot as well. and I hated this kid in college and kicked my couch when we picked him. I know he has his deficiencies, but brains and attitude can overcome a lot, even in the NBA. Think of the Bill Laimbeers and Jeff Hornaceks of the world and tell me that they were not as limited if not more so than JJ...

Well if you read his blog you would know that both Stan and Otis told him that he isn't going anywhere ( no trade).
BTW it would be nice if the person who started this thread would just learn to spell his last name correctly it's Redick. One d in Redick not two.
And also he is working out really hard to improve his game on the off season.

Wouldn't be the first time that Otis says something and does something else....

I imagine the restraining order makes that kind of difficult.

Yeah, I hate it when people spell names wrong like that. Are you aware that 90 plus percent of this board doesn't know how to spell the word LOSE. It's always JJ Redick is such a LOOSER. Actually who cares if Redick is spelled wrong...the dude could use the extra D. By the way, I'm just totally goofing, it's just a board, just have fun and quit worrying about spelling.

Re: JJ Reddick Trade
Why is it that he isnt getting any run. His offence doenst compensate for his D, or his confidence isnt there yet? I know he had that air ball lay-up but could it be due to lack of playing time and trying to force things when he does get min.
By the way the extra D was hilarious, Cougar.
Delfino received a Qualifying Offer. No takers for Joey Graham? He's a big body that can back up Rashard, plays good D, whos your current Lewis Sub? Do you go small ball?
I'll leave by saying Dwight is a BEAST. Getting JO and Jawai is a direct result of his carnage.

Re: JJ Reddick Trade
Thats to bad, IMO he needs PT to progress and develop a rhthem, with you signing Lee and having Evans and Dooling, that won't happen. So to have him sitting on the bench as a 9th-10th option is a waste of a first round pick (Once again IMO), might as well get something for him. We're in the same situation with Graham, selected around the same spot (16th) but we need another SG, you more could use a SF/PF I think. Both can be decent players with min.

"His carnage." I like that.
Evans and Dooling are both FAs. Our current SGs are Redick, Boguns, and Lee. If that doesn't change -- and we expect it will -- I wouldn't be surprised to see JJ get a chance to start in the fall. I may be the only one here who thinks that though.

i have much greater issues with the large population on these boards that can't comprehend the differences in tense between "dominant" and "dominate". such as when people begin comparing Shaq and Dwight, and someone brings up the "but Dwight is not as dominate as Shaq" argument.
and i'm not even goofing. i've been waiting for an outlet on this issue for a long while.

Re: JJ Reddick Trade
unless JJ learns how to defend and create for others this offseason (shooting doesn't cut it anymore), he's as good as gone by september IMO.
