I agree here. I think Cleveland is missing just one piece to their championship puzzle: a second scorer. Everything else is there. If Maggette went to Cleveland, he'd supply that, and would immediately launch the Cavaliers into a battle with Boston for best team in the east.
Maggette isn't the second scorer for Cleveland. He's primarily a slasher and needs the ball to be effective, much like Hughes. A much better complement for LeBron would be a player like Redd, Allen, or Joe Johnson.
Not even Joe Johnson, he can shoot, but he doesn't really like catch and shoot that much, he handles the ball a lot, and likes to do so. Even when on Phoenix with Nash having the ball a lot, he still created a good amount his his jumpshots for himself. I agree with Redd and Allen though, but I never thought Hughes would be a good fit when they signed him anyways.
