Elton Brand + Andre Miller = a disaster. I'm not just saying that because I'm bitter either. I'd be saying the same thing had the Clippers acquired Andre Miller again after watching Brand get doubled in the post, pass it back out to Miller at the 3-pt line and then Miller having to create his own shot by getting into the paint. It wasn't pretty. Brand works better with guards who can spot up and shoot long jumpers. That's part of the reason why Livingston wasn't a very good fit with him and Cassell was.

Miller cant hit the 3, but he was a pretty consistent jump shooter last season. Surprised me but he is reliable in the mid teens, whenever you thought it was gonna go clank, it ended up goin swish

That was just a bad year he had in LA when he shot 40%. I wonder why he had that bad year? Maybe it was the Clipper Curse. Every year after that he has shot 46% or better and last year he shot 50%.
Andre Miller is a bad 3pt shooter.

The right fit next to Elton Brand is Allen Iverson.

Iverson isn't the right fit next to anyone...

Sure he is. Iverson would be great next to KG or Dirk, someone to open up the lane for his drives, and especially someone like KG to provide weakside help defense. I actually think he'd actually be good next to Brand, with his good hands down low, and his weakside shotblocking.

I know it's chic to think Allen Iverson is the devil, but that's a little too far.
