No love from the NBA Dish

I just finished listening to the NBA Dish and Chad Ford's question of fear to John Hollinger was who he thought will be the second best teams in each Conference.

He said Utah in the West but when he got to the Eastern Conference he talked about Detroit, Cleveland, Philadelphia, & Toronto. Not a single mention of Orlando.
