A 2 year/$4 million contract??

Wow....the Hawks are slipping big time! We are quickly running out of quality free agents...and have yet to sign anyone! This aint good.

this is what we get for bull$hitin on the joshes. we could have easily gotten jarvis hayes. but we are hamstrung until josh signs a contract. and we haven't even gotten into childress. i was hoping for hayes and brown but at this point i don't know who we are going to end up with.

You can't blame the Hawks for the extended time locking up Chill and Smoove. They have no choice but to wait and see what other teams offer first, and we still haven't seen an offer on either of them. The organization has no choice but to wait and see what they are worth before they worry about the rest of their signings.

I think ASG just need to offer Josh Smith 5yr/60 mill and be done with it. All of the quality yet cheap FA are already gone. :roll:
