I think Marcus and Sean are the chips for a bigger deal. Sean cant play the 3 and I think mgmt is starting to think that he wont develop. Maybe better to move him out.

Najera is positive locker room presence. We do not know how bad the locker room was last season. Mgmt may want to bring some a different attitudes inside the room.

I agree with you about Marcus but I honestly don't think that management is thinking about moving Sean at this point in time. If Yi develops then maybe Sean will be moved but otherwise you really have to hold onto him and give him another year or two to develop... I mean management said it themselves when they drafted him Sean is extremely raw and wasn't expected to contribute right away.

^^^ That came from an article earlier this week. Where it mentions that Williams dosen't have a definite position. I know they are working on his defense, But you are right he is raw he needs alot of work.

This is a great signing. Now Rod, one more trade and we should be set.

In the east if you can play above average defense you can win a lot of games. If Krstic decides to play in Europe, bringing Camby would be an excellent pick up. Camby can play good defense against all of the premium forwards in the east.

We should be competitive even though we are rebuilding towards 2010.

There was no way we where getting that from anywhere but a guy close to someone in our organisation. ( Kiki and Feagan )

Link? Not that I don't believe you, I just hadn't seen that.

If this is true, I like the signing more than I did yesterday.

I dont like this deal one bit.
Dont get me wrong for 3m (and eventually 2m) were definately getting our money's worth but for a team that needs cap flexibility giving out a 4 year deal is quite foolish.

The reserve forward will sign for four years, $12 million. In the third season, $1 million of the contract is nonguaranteed

Asked if there were room on the roster for Krstic with a basic “Spartacus” casting call on hand at power forward (Yi, Swift, Boone, Sean Williams Sean Williams , Anderson, Najera) Thorn claimed “Yes, because we're not through doing the things we're going to do.”

Some of the moves and signings now may look strange but i'm confident the roster will be balanced out and look solid in the end.
