Shaq to the Clips?

Post#1 » by ClipperEric » Sat Jul 12, 2008 5:13 pm

Shaq for TT and Mobley.

Shaq is paid $40 over 2 years. TT and Mobley $30/2 years.

Its a salary cutting move for PHX.

But how fun would it be to see shaq on the Clips? Think he'd be motivated again like he was in Miami? Just to stick it to the Lakers.

Kaman/Shaq would be a tough combo to match up against.

Caaaannnnn Youuuuuuu Dig Iiiiittttttt??????

We didn't trade Shawn Marion for a "salary cutting move". And we're not trading Shaq unless we get a center back. In that case, this means Kaman, and you wouldn't want to do that now would you?

Shaq won't even be able to keep up with Baron, EG and Thornton on the break. I say let him and his hefty contract just rot in Phoenix.

Shaq would be a great sideshow in LA wouldn't he? And what if he actually comes in fit and ready to play? Imaging the idea of him being the one to finally bring a banner to the Clippers? He would be known as the greatest player of all time.

First of all, SHAQ is retiring a Phoenix Sun, so this wouldn't happen, but just to play along, say it did. Would Kaman play the 4? That would cause so many mismatches that he would be run over by half the league. Gaurding bigger is easier than gaurding smaller, because Kaman would have to gaurd guys so much quicker than him, that there would be tire marks all over his body. Not to mention his lack of athleticism. Shaq didn't work for the Run and Gun of phoenix, why would he work with B-Diddy? Think before you post people..
