It's really not as crazy as people hype it out to be.

He's got a good fastball and decent breaking pitches. He'll be a decent pitcher in this league.

Please stop drinking the ESPN kool-aid.

Please stop being contrarian for the sake of doing it.

I know he gets a lot of hype, mostly because of the gyroball crap, but overall his stuff really does (potentially) put him in elite company. I'm not saying he's going to rival Santana off the bat like a lot of the more homerrific Sox fans seem to be, but he'll probably be pretty good. Odds are, he's their true ace for the forseeable future. Not Schilling, and certainly not Beckett.

LOL, stop being contrarian for the sake of doing it. WTF are you talking about. I've made a deduction of his potential based on his stuff. You don't agree with it, fine. Just don't tell me I'm being a contrarion for the sake of it, because I am most certainly not.

Damn, DIce-K's stuff is average. Nothing special. He was just hyped. And my man Giambi is killin' tonight. We gotta win tonight. Get at least one from this.

Well, if our starters would go more than 4 innings they would be.

Am I the only one that wonders why everyone loves Proctor? I find him to be the most inconsistent pitcher on the team, and I always feel like he's giving up the big plays. I've never understood Torre's infauation with him.

He's pitched three days in a row....that's asking for a lot especially for a guy that's a power pitcher.

Scott Proctor can't be expected to be effective in his 12th appearance out of 17 games. He must've slept with Torre's wife or something because he is being hung out to dry.

Joe Torre is the worst. Pettite threw 9 pitches. Proctor should've never been in the game. Pettite should've finished the 7th on Friday. They use 800 pitchers a game. Joe Torre stinks and he has been overrated for years and I'm so happy he is being exposed.

Proctor pitched pretty well last year, especially considering how many innings he ate. As it stands, he's still in the running for #2 guy in the bullpen.

This is what we've been saying at Joe..

It's to the point where I honestly don't want to watch games anymore if I have to see every reliever on our roster in every single game. It's so assinine. This isn't October Joe, it's April. I just don't get so many of the moves this guy makes.

I been off the Torre bandwagon since the 05 playoffs against L.A. when he started Bubba Crosby in game 5 of the ALDS and had to play it in L.A. because stupid Torre phoned it in on the last game of the year. :banghead:

This team is killing me. Our pitching is horrendous. Unless we get some guys healthy soon, we will be trying to dig ourselves out of a insurmountable hole.
