watch out, i'm on a roll today....

i heard an interview w/ this dude last year on the radio before a game. thats when i learned nba teams go through 300 towels per game due to the one wipe policy.

i found this part funny
But despite their friendship, Jordan didn’t just hand Glover a job once the NBA legend became part-owner of the Bobcats in 2006.

Instead, Glover spent five years toiling as equipment manager with the Fayetteville Patriots of the D-League before the team was relocated in 2006.

Michael is a stickler about paying your dues and being qualified,’’ Glover said. “He’ll tell you in a minute he doesn’t mind hiring friends, but not if they aren’t qualified.

really? are you sure about that MJ? cause i could have sworn you hired a completely unqualified head coach last year, who had only one year of being an nba assistant, and not even the lead assistant at that.

“Like (forward) Gerald Wallace, he’s a meticulous guy,’’ Glover said. “He likes short-sleeve shirts with the sleeves cut out of them to wear under his jersey. If you hand him a shirt with sleeves, he won’t wear it. So every time he asks for a new shirt, I get a brand new one and cut the sleeves out before I give it to him.’’

somebody stole a primoz jersey....LOL... now that is gangsta
One clever fans was able to get around Glover’s best efforts last season in Atlanta. He was able to get into the Bobcats locker room and make off with a back-up jersey for then-Charlotte center Primoz Brezec.

“Primo perspires so bad we had two jerseys for him in the locker room so he could change at halftime,’’ Glover said. “Some kid got in there and took the jersey. He wasn’t even associated with the Hawks, but he still managed to get in there.

“Luckily, the security cameras caught him and we were able to get the jersey back.’’
