I don't know how much team offense he knows, but he kicked ass with Rockets summer league and he was the man mainly responsible for guiding Yao Ming's offensive game... Not Ewing. He at least deserves a shot. Barry does too btw. Tom Thibodeau has more than paid his dues.

The first thing that comes to mind is the fact that there are two sides of the court defense AND offense. I think the NBA is finally wising up on the Jeff Van Gundy type coaches that can only teach one half of the game. And that's the same story with Thibodeau.

Still some GM will be dumb and give him a head job.
