I like the Matrix, but he overlaps with Thornton and Gordon. He's going to get paid, if we're going to pay a max-level contract I'd rather it be for a PF.

^Marion is a stellar rebounder/scorer and would fit well into the run-n-gun philosophy

Hawks fan here.

I know you guys are interested in Josh Smith, but being a restricted free agent, I don't think you'll be able to get him. We've built our team around him and Joe Johnson, so our front office will match any offer, and will probably end up paying more for him than he is worth.

I came to the Clips board today to say though that I was very impressed with other avenues that your team is taking. I think that although your inital offer was rejected, Zach Randolph is ripe for the picking. Even the initial low-ball offer for him was a smart move because NY is in a desperate situation and you never know what a team like that is willing to do to clear some cap space.

Also, I would absolutely love it if you guys were able to steal Iggy away from the 76ers after Brand's departure to the sixers created some cap room. If you guys could pull that off, I pull for you guys in the west for some years to come. Good luck and best wishes.
