Do scrubs get paid for Summer league and training camp?

Are these guys getting paid for these games? And what about 2nd round draft picks that haven't signed with the team yet. Are they getting paid? Also what about training camp invitees?

if you do make the training camp , you get paid some additional money

I believe they all get a per diem. I would guess around $100 a day, more as high as $250. But they need to make a little money.
