Suggestions on SL

I suggest the Mavs to add Josh Howard, Desagana Diop, Jose Juan Barea, and Antoine Wright to summer league roster.

1. Josh Howard enters the game for 4th quarter to work on his clutch performance.
2. Desagana Diop works on catch-and-dunk.
3. Jose Juan Barea shows what we can do on court to finalize his role on the team.
4. Antoine Wright shows whether he can be a scoring punch. If so, promote him as starter.

C - Diop - Sow / Roudes
PF - Singleton / Pops
SF - AW / RAT / JoHo
SG - Foster / Green
PG - JJB / JuJuan Smith

1. Josh Howard is busy doing something idk what but thats the reason
he didn't play with the olympic team.
2. JJ Barrea is playing with the Puerto Rican National team getting ready
for the olypics so he is unavailable.
3. Now clue why Wright isn't there
4. Diop should be out there but i'm sure he can work on his catch and dunk
in the Mavs practice facility with a trainer.

They can do that in preseason... Summer league is a chance for undrafted and late 2nd round players to catch a roster spot... Thats why all of the lottery picks end up sitting through most of them with "finger injuries", etc.

They are trying to take a look at Gerald Green

They are trying to take a look at Shan Foster

They are trying to take a look at Reyshawn Terry

They are trying evaluate a bunch of other guys as well.

I don't think they have the minutes to spread around to be able to add Antione Wright and see what he can do. Already I think the minutes are too spread out. Gerald Green sat out last game and that finally have Shan Foster enough minutes to shine. I think with so many guys to be evaluated, none are getting enough minutes to get into the flow of the game. But maybe Wright is our best option at SG at this point.

Josh wanted to do his summer camps but in all actuality, whatever chance he had was gone after the whole weed incident. And I don't care if you are a pot smoker or against it, if you think it's a big deal or not, the US basketball federation was not going to take him after that. simple as that.
