Iguodala on USA Select Team

I seem to remember hearing about this last summer, but i'm not sure if there has been any training for the select team yet. Does anyone know what all is involved?

It certainly can't be a bad thing for Iguodala to A) train against the league's best players and B) act as a "veteran" leader of the young squad. Does this team travel to Beijing too?

Nevermind about Beijing.. looks like they only train next week. Still a good experience for Iggy. Any chance he gets named to the 2010 or 2012 teams? I personally don't see him as a Team USA caliber player.

i could see him playing for the USA team in a few years. thats when old players will get slower and everything. And everyone knows how Iggy will put up great stats with Brand. So i could see it happen.

I think Iguodala is the perfect player for Team USA. He'll do all the little things playing alongside LBJ, CP3, Dwight, Stoudemire, etc. He works hard, and would represent the US well.

Sam is reportedly on call to practice with the team if any of the bigs go down.
