That's the starting line-up unless Gordon steals Mobley's spot. I expect Gordon to start at some point but at the beginning of the season, Mobley will be the player to suit up first.

Turnin' out to be a good summer, so far!
We just need a solid SG/SF.. and bring over The Mofo!

Do you mean Schortsanitis? He's staying in Greece for one more year. He had some problems with his last coach and he had gained a lot of weight as you all know, but he's back in shape and he's playing great for the Greek NT at the Olympic qualifying tournament. Last night he had a minor injury and he didn't play much but he's definitely back in shape. He's playing a lot of minutes at the 4 now too. His stamina isn't at the best level yet, but if he keeps working like he has the past few months he will be great. His problem is that he needs to feel wanted, otherwise he gets disappointed and can't really work. Right now he has a coach that trusts him and that has been very beneficial to him.

I'm sure it's been asked....but how much do you guys have to spend now?
On top of that....what position do you guys need to fill now?
I am guessing that adding depth would make the most sense at some of the positions?

Re: Camby to Clips for 2nd round pick
its a good move for you guys but I honestly think the Clipps should've tried for Smith 1st....its seems like this move was for Cap space 1st for 2010 then for actual performance, Camby is turning 34 and we all know the injury bug could hit this guy at any time even though hes been fairly good at playing most of the season the last couple of seasons. I know Atl. would most likely have match but Clipps could've front loaded the contract or pretty MAX him out, its a bit over paying but Smith can generate that crazy excitement you guys use to have with Miles/Richardson in Thorton/Smith.

Re: Camby to Clips for 2nd round pick
I saw a story that the Nets were offering the Nuggs a choice of Sean Williams, Marcus Williams an Josh Boone and filler to make a deal for Camby but the Nuggs didn't want to take on salary. Could it be the Clippers flip Camby to the Nets?
How about Camby to the Nets for Marcus Williams, Sean Williams, and Swift? Swift expires at end of season and you have the Williams for a 2nd round pick. That's not a bad deal. If you want you could put Brevin Knight in the deal an shave his salary off this season but he is a pretty decent back up.

Clippers are obviously in win-now mode. A deal with the Nets for Camby would never happen.

I like the move for Camby. We don't give up a lot and he helps us right now. We will need to find a future PF, but we're good for the present.
I've been an LA Clipper fan since 1998 and that will never change. I hate our new logo and jerseys!
