Pretty important series here...you gotta come outta the break swinging. Especially with the Twins debacle, and it was a debacle, we cannot afford to drop 3/4 here.

This is the type of series we could sweep though and make a statement. Heres hopin'...

Kenny has come out with a big head, he looks like crap, our offense does have 3 runs through 5 here in the 1st game.

We NEED to WIN this series and win in Kansas City.

I'd like to add, Zach Minor has been named out fifth starter, at least it's not Bonine, as I said in the last post we need to win here, win in Kansas then we get the White Sox, we could really make a HUGE push in the standing these next 2 weeks.

What a shot by Inge, 4/5 runs we have, have now come off 2-run home runs, one from Sheff, one from Inge.

You know...everyone thinks Josh Hamilton is strong, put Marcus Thames in the HR derby, THAT IS STRONG, sheesh he towered that one, his 18th home run, 6-4 Tigers.

Good to see Bonine not in the rotation, though Minor doesn't make me rest too easy either.

Good to see us win the first one out of the shoot, but the pitching looked nasty tonight, and not in a good way either.

Good to see Thames and Sheff coming out swinging the bat, among others. We NEED a truly dominant offense this half to override the vulnerabilities in other aspects of the game.

Its important to get a lengthy stretch of really good baseball here if we want ANY chance of reaching the playoffs. The window to making the final push up in the standings is rapidly closing.

We could of gained a win on freaking white Sox, instead we stay in the same position, you know what, I'm not going to watch this team anymore until there within 1st place, I just get myself angry at stupid things like this one.

Screw whoever our starting pitcher was giving up our 6-0 run.

^That would be good old Nate.

We deserved to lose this one.

Yeah, that call was awful, as bad as you'll ever see, but really, I can't honestly say I feel cheated.

*Sigh* Wasn't for that blown lead and call, we win this series 3-1, instead we tie the series 2-2, Verlander is jut being Verlander again.
