artest is done there he wants to be traded or they loose him and get nothing for him after this year with the trade they get 2 young players under contract and a first round pick next year they give up some but not a lot 1 bench player a real good sg and artest which they will loose any way hell even if they wanted D J also i would say do the trade

except cap space, with which they could get an Artest replacement of the quality of Diaw for less money.

They have 1 young player under contract who has quickly become the young face of the franchise - Kevin Martin. No reason to exchange him for Barbs.

Kings would never do this.

for the suns, hell yes they do it.... for the kings, hell no. why do they give up martin? like someone already said, he is the new face of their franchise. it jsut doesnt make sense.

the suns though would have an outstanding young core for years with this trade.

Sweet mother of god that was worse than the other one you proposed - WHY do the Kings do it?!?! Clearly LOVE it for the Suns, but it's not even remotely realistic. Let me count the ways:

1) They can get more for Artest

2) Diaw's contract SUCKS

3) KMart>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>.Barbosa

4) They don't get rid of KT's contract

5) They have Salmons AND Garcia who are comparable to Barbosa already, so they don't need him

6) As others have said, KMart is their franchise player

Aaaand not to nitpick but I see you forgot your old buddy Mr Fullstop and Captain Comma...
Sorry to go grammar police but I can't be the only one who struggles to read your single sentence rambles...

Apologies to Kings fans who see this mess.

I'm pretty sure we traded this year's first rounder and 2010's, leaving us with our first rounder next year.

This is worse than anything I can come up with, and i come up with some f*cked up sh*t. In any deal for Artest, the team that is recieving him will take on Kenny Thomas, and that's fixed. This deal is never happening, plus, we don't even have next years pick do we?

Hahahahahaha and then we can trade DJ Strawberry for Dwight Howard, and Alando Tucker for Kobe Bryant

Nash
Kobe
LeBron
Amare
Howard

That's just as realistic as what you're proposing lbj4mvp....this is absolutely ridiculous.

yep, and you can't trade 09 according to league rules, we can draft someone and trade them later, but can't send the pick anywhere in a deal now.

Oh while we're at it lets also throw 2 first rounders and nash with Bell to NO for Chris Paul. Then we have the best player at each position in the game on our team. SWEET?
Paul
Kobe
LeBron
Amare
Howard

Thats as realistic as Charles Barkley becoming mature.

These new proposals are rotting my eyes and my brain, we'll use your thread as a temporary measure. I'm not stickying though because I guarantee new ideas will pop up regardless of a big fat stickied Trade thread (as good an idea as it is sd)
